They are currently seeking an experienced and driven Investment Banking Director to join our leadership team and help shape the future of our advisory practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the origination and execution of M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of analysts and associates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, private equity firms, and institutional investors.
- Drive business development initiatives and identify new market opportunities.
- Oversee financial modeling, valuation analysis, and the preparation of client presentations and transaction materials.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in investment banking, with a strong track record of closed transactions.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, deal structuring, and valuation methodologies.
- Strong client relationship management and business development capabilities.
- MBA, CFA, or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Series 79 and 63 licenses (or willingness to obtain).
