What You'll Be Doing
- Originating and executing complex Oil & Gas M&A and strategic transactions
- Building trusted relationships with senior executives and decision-makers across the Energy sector
- Driving new business and helping expand the Energy franchise globally
- Working closely with global Energy, Corporate Banking, Capital Markets and coverage teams to deliver integrated client solutions
- Leading transactions from origination through to completion
- Raising the visibility and market presence of the Energy platform across EMEA and APAC
- Mentoring and developing junior talent
- Playing an active role in the continued growth of the franchise

What We're Looking For
- Significant Investment Banking experience with an Energy focus, ideally from Oil & Gas M&A, Energy Advisory or Energy Investment Banking teams
- A strong track record of Oil & Gas M&A origination and execution
- Strong analytical, valuation and financial modelling skills, with experience executing complex Energy transactions
- Existing networks across the Energy sector in EMEA and APAC (advantageous)
- A commercial mindset and proven business development ability
- An entrepreneurial drive to help grow a market-leading franchise
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
