About Role:

Our client is seeking a seasoned Director to join its Debt Capital Markets and Corporate Finance team. This role is highly executionfocused, with significant responsibility for leading complex financing transactions while supporting broader business development and client advisory efforts.

The Director will work closely with senior leadership and act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the lifecycle of debt financings and related capital markets engagements. In addition to transaction leadership, the role includes mentoring junior professionals and contributing to the continued growth of the platform.

Requirements:

  • Lead the execution of debt capital markets and related corporate finance transactions
  • Manage client relationships across active engagements, serving as a trusted advisor
  • Oversee financial modeling, valuation analysis, and preparation of pitch materials and client deliverables
  • Coordinate due diligence processes and manage transaction timelines
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, risk, and other internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory adherence
  • Support business development initiatives, including opportunity identification and client pitches
  • Monitor capital markets trends and provide strategic insight to clients and internal teams
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency across all transaction materials
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to analysts and associates

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 7-10+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or capital markets
  • Demonstrated track record of leading and executing complex financing transactions
  • Deep understanding of capital markets, valuation methodologies, and transaction structuring
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fastpaced, clientdriven environment
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 required; additional licenses (e.g., Series 79) preferred
