Company Summary: We are currently partnered with a highly active middle market Investment Bank looking to add an Associate 1 t their Healthcare team in Nashville, TN. This team is experiencing a period of continuous growth and expansion and consistent deal flow in the Healthcare sector specifically. The ideal candidate for this role will be someone looking to join a strong team that is looking to gain extensive M&A reps and has an interest in continuing their Investment Banking career in the Healthcare space.
The Investment Banking Associate will be responsible for:
- Working on the execution of M&A transactions throughout the life-cycle of the deal
- Working closely with the senior leadership at the firm
- Conducting market research and financial analysis
- Building financial models
- Preparing marketing materials and pitch decks
- Working with junior bankers to assist in the training, mentoring, and development of Analysts on the team
The Investment Banking Associate should have:
- At least 2 years of Investment Banking experience (ideally in the Healthcare sector)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- Currently located or open to relocating to Nashville, TN
- Experience working on sell side M&A transactions from inception to successful close
- Strong financial acumen, technical skills, and communication skills (written and verbal)
