We're working with a global mid-market investment bank looking to add an Associate (ideally 1st or 2nd year) to their Industrials/Business Services coverage team, based in Birmingham, Michigan.
This is a strong opportunity to join a well-established platform with an active deal pipeline, hands-on M&A execution exposure, and direct interaction with senior bankers and clients from day one.
What they're looking for:
- 3+ years of Investment Banking experience, or 1-2 years of post-MBA Investment Banking experience
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
- Prior M&A transaction exposure a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
