The firm is seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Analyst to join its high-performing team. Known for its strong leadership, deep industry relationships, and consistent execution across Technology transactions, this group is an ideal home for candidates looking to deepen their expertise in one of the most dynamic sectors in global finance.
The Analyst will play a key role in deal execution, financial analysis, client communications, and strategic advisory efforts. The position provides significant career development potential and direct exposure to high-profile clients and landmark deals.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of investment banking experience, preferably in capital markets or technology coverage.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, LBO analysis, and deal structuring.
- Experience preparing pitch books, CIMs, board materials, and management presentations.
- Solid foundation in accounting, corporate finance, and market trends.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong executive presence.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, collaborate cross-functionally, and thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- A high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.
