We are partnering with a leading investment banking platform seeking an Analyst to join its London-based team. This opportunity is ideal for ambitious individuals looking to build a career in investment banking, including candidates from adjacent finance backgrounds or those looking to make a first move into the industry.

Working alongside experienced bankers, you will gain exposure to M&A advisory, capital raising, strategic projects, and client-facing work across a variety of sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Support the execution of M&A and financing transactions.
Conduct company, industry, and market research.
Build financial models and perform valuation analysis.
Prepare presentations, pitch materials, and client documentation.
Assist with due diligence and transaction processes.
Work closely with senior bankers on live deal execution and business development initiatives.

Who We're Looking For

We welcome applications from candidates with a demonstrable interest in finance and corporate advisory, including:

Recent graduates with strong academic credentials.
Professionals looking to transition into investment banking from accounting, consulting, transaction services, corporate finance, valuation, private equity support, or other analytical roles.
