Investment Banking Analyst will be responsible for:
- Supporting the execution of M&A transactions, primarily sell-side with some buy-side exposure.
- Preparing financial models, valuations, and industry analyses.
- Conducting in-depth research on financial institutions and market trends.
- Collaborating closely with senior bankers and clients throughout the deal process.
- Contributing to a lean deal team environment with high visibility and responsibility.
Investment Banking Analyst / Senior Analyst should have the following qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in Investment Banking, ideally within FIG or depositories.
- Strong M&A transaction experience.
- Backgrounds in Corporate Development, Big 4 (Audit, Assurance, TAS), or Private Equity will also be considered.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, and a coach able mindset.
