Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Banking Associate to join our client's team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth and success of their clients through deep sector expertise and candid advice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advisory services related to mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, financings, and other services.
- Develop and maintain internal and external relationships through excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Utilize strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling to support transaction execution.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver thoughtful advice and diligent execution for clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of investment banking experience, or an
- M&A transaction experience is essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in accounting and financial modeling.
- Highly motivated team player with the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary range of $100,000 - $115,000 per year, based on experience and location.
- Eligibility for annual incentive compensation as part of the total compensation package.
