Role Overview

The Head of Investor Relations will lead the firm's investor engagement strategy, overseeing all aspects of Investor Relations, Marketing, and Capital Raising. This is a senior leadership role requiring close collaboration with the executive team and investment professionals.


Key Responsibilities

Investor Relations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective investors.
  • Coordinate investor communications, including performance updates and data requests.
  • Develop a deep understanding of fund strategies, structures, and performance metrics.
  • Lead the preparation of quarterly investor letters and annual investor meetings.
  • Manage relationships with external IR consultants and oversee the transition to an internal IR function.

Marketing

  • Oversee the creation and refinement of investor-facing materials, including presentations and thought leadership content.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Manage firm branding and design initiatives, working with external PR advisors as needed.

Capital Raising

  • Design and execute fundraising strategies for new and existing funds.
  • Coordinate investor outreach and manage the full fundraising lifecycle from pre-marketing to closing.
  • Oversee the completion of due diligence materials (DDQs, RFPs) in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Act as a liaison between fund administrators and investors during reporting and closings.

Candidate Profile

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in investor relations within the investment management industry.
  • At least 5 years of experience in private credit or related asset classes.
  • Proven track record working with institutional investors.
