Role Responsibilities
- Lead the global fundraising strategy for the firm's first-time fund, targeting institutional and private capital sources.
- Build and manage a high-performing international marketing team to support capital raising efforts.
- Leverage existing investor relationships and develop new ones across pensions, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, and family offices.
- Personally lead investor meetings, pitches, and closings, with support from the CIO and senior leadership.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine the fund's positioning and investor outreach strategy.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between fundraising, investment, and operational teams.
Ideal Candidate
- 15+ years of experience in capital raising, with a strong track record of closing institutional mandates.
- Deep relationships with global investors, including pensions, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, and family offices.
- Experience raising capital for infrastructure strategies.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, non-hierarchical environment.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and scale a team.
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable with high levels of accountability and autonomy.
