Deine Aufgaben
Als Head of Finance übernimmst du die strategische und operative Verantwortung für alle finanziellen Belange des Unternehmens. Du bist Sparringspartner:in für das Management und trägst maßgeblich zur nachhaltigen Unternehmensentwicklung bei.
- Gesamtverantwortung für Finanzplanung, Budgetierung, Forecasting und Reporting
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Controlling- und Reportingstrukturen
- Steuerung der Buchhaltung, inkl. Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB (ggf. IFRS)
- Liquiditätsplanung und Cashflow-Management
- Ansprechpartner:in für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater und Banken
- Unterstützung bei Investitionsentscheidungen, M&A-Projekten und strategischen Initiativen
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Finance-Teams
- Einführung und Optimierung von Finanzprozessen und -tools (z. B. ERP-Systeme)
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen, Controlling oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer leitenden Finanzfunktion, idealerweise in einem IT- oder technologiegetriebenen Unternehmen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in HGB, idealerweise auch IFRS
- Erfahrung mit Finanzsystemen und digitalen Tools (z. B. DATEV, SAP, NetSuite)
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, strategisches Denken und Hands-on-Mentalität
- Führungserfahrung und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
