Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Origination: Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities in the logistics, infrastructure, and renewable energy sectors.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
- Networking: Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and other key stakeholders to generate deal flow.
- Due Diligence: Lead due diligence efforts, including financial analysis, market assessment, and risk evaluation.
- Investment Strategy: Develop and implement investment strategies that align with the firm's goals and objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the investment team to evaluate and execute investment opportunities.
- Reporting: Prepare and present investment proposals and reports to senior management and investment committees.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in growth equity investment, with a strong focus on deal sourcing.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the logistics, infrastructure, and renewable energy sectors.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Network: Established network within the relevant industries.
- Language: Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
