FX/IR Nordic Corporate Sales

We are seeking a professional to join our Corporate Sales team as an FX/IR Nordic Sales Vice President (or Associate, depending on experience). Based in Paris, the role focuses on delivering foreign exchange and interest rate solutions to Nordic corporate clients, supporting their risk management and treasury needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with Nordic-based corporate clients, including large multinationals and regional champions.
  • Provide tailored FX and interest rate risk management solutions, including derivatives and structured products.
  • Collaborate with trading, structuring, and coverage teams to deliver high-quality execution and strategic advice.
  • Monitor macroeconomic developments and market trends to proactively engage clients with relevant insights and opportunities.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3-9 years of experience in FX and/or IR sales, with exposure to Nordic corporate clients.
  • Strong understanding of foreign exchange and interest rate markets, including derivatives and hedging strategies.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; knowledge of a Nordic language is a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
