Fund Administration Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Review periodic financial statements and portfolio holdings reports for various pooled products, including U.S. registered funds, offshore vehicles, Irish and Australian funds, and hedge strategies.
- Partner with managers responsible for public and private fund reporting to execute key deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including Operations and Legal, on disclosures and financial reporting requirements.
- Communicate with external auditors to address accounting positions and resolve audit-related matters.
- Lead or support audit confirmation processes during annual audit cycles.
- Assist with treasury-related tasks such as expense oversight, budgeting, and management fee calculations.
- Conduct research and draft documentation related to accounting interpretations, disclosure requirements, and new regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with fund accounting teams and custodians to ensure accurate accounting entries and adherence to established accounting policies.
- Review offering documents and related materials (e.g., prospectuses, SAIs, PPMs).
- Contribute to regulatory filings such as Form PF, CFTC and CPO reports, shareholder disclosures, and AIFMD reporting where needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with at least four years of relevant experience.
- Strong command of U.S. GAAP; familiarity with Irish or Australian fund structures is beneficial.
- Comfortable working with a variety of fund types, including multi‑class structures, master‑feeder arrangements, and offshore products.
- Highly organized, detail‑driven, and able to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, along with professional skepticism when evaluating complex issues.
- Proactive mindset and willingness to support teammates as needed.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency with Excel and Word.
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated salary range is $85,000-$105,000, depending on experience. The position is also eligible for discretionary annual bonuses and a full benefits package, which includes retirement plan contributions, insurance coverage, paid time off, and various lifestyle and work‑life resources.
Work Model
The fund administration team operates in a hybrid format. The individual in this role is expected to be onsite at least two days per week (typically Tuesdays and Thursdays), with remaining days worked onsite or remotely based on team needs.
