Role Summary
This FP&A Senior Business Analyst role supports business planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making across multiple functions. The position partners closely with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to drive financial performance and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze financial data across business units and support forecasting and budgeting cycles.
Collaborate with operations and commercial teams to align financial insights with business goals.
Prepare reports and dashboards, identify trends, and propose solutions.
Support product costing, pricing decisions, and CAPEX project evaluations.
Work with shared services to develop data-driven forecasts and budgets.
Requirements
Experience in FP&A or Controlling within a multinational manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical and data management skills; proficiency in SAP and Excel.
Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or PowerQuery is a plus.
Fluent in English; strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; audit background is advantageous.
