This is a high-impact role for a candidate looking to take ownership and grow within a collaborative, idea-rich environment. What you'll do:
- Conduct alpha research and strategy development across fixed income markets, including inflation, swaps, treasuries, and cross-asset strategies
- Drive the full research lifecycle: idea generation, data acquisition, model development, back testing, and performance evaluation
- Apply statistical learning techniques and financial domain knowledge to extract signal from diverse datasets and build predictive models
- Collaborate closely with portfolio managers and researchers across books, contributing to portfolio construction, risk management, and execution workflows
- Develop and maintain tools for trading infrastructure, risk analytics, and portfolio monitoring
What you'll bring:
- 3+ years of experience in alpha research within a quantitative trading environment
- Advanced degree (Master's, or PhD) in a quantitative discipline such as Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field from a top-tier institution
