About the Role:
As a Financial Analyst, you'll support FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis. You'll partner closely with operations and leadership to deliver insights, improve performance, and support long-term planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes
- Analyze KPIs, financial performance, and operational cash flow
- Prepare management reports and variance analysis
- Support monthly close, audits, and division-level accounting tasks
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define business targets
- Provide insights on pricing, cost analysis, and capital investments
- Transform large data sets into actionable business intelligence
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong FP&A experience, including reporting, forecasting, and analysis
- Deep understanding of financial principles, risk management, and cash flow
- Experience with ERP systems and financial tools (e.g., Power BI, Oracle, D365)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Preferred: MBA, MACC, CPA, CMA, or CFA
