Known for its people-first culture and operational excellence, this organization is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its Business Unit Finance team and play a key role in driving financial performance and strategic planning.

About the Role:

As a Financial Analyst, you'll support FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis. You'll partner closely with operations and leadership to deliver insights, improve performance, and support long-term planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes
  • Analyze KPIs, financial performance, and operational cash flow
  • Prepare management reports and variance analysis
  • Support monthly close, audits, and division-level accounting tasks
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to define business targets
  • Provide insights on pricing, cost analysis, and capital investments
  • Transform large data sets into actionable business intelligence

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Strong FP&A experience, including reporting, forecasting, and analysis
  • Deep understanding of financial principles, risk management, and cash flow
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial tools (e.g., Power BI, Oracle, D365)
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
  • Preferred: MBA, MACC, CPA, CMA, or CFA
