About the Company: We are currently partnered with a well-established flood mitigation and protection systems firm. Operating and servicing across multiple regions across North America. They have over 3000 employees across 115+ brands. They are currently in search for a Finance Manager to maintain and support analytics for a division of their brand.
Finance Manager Responsibilities:
- Financial analytics including planning, forecasting, and collaborating with team members
- Support various corporate FP&A leadership projects
- Transformational projects including build out KPIs to P&A, ERP Conversions, and Integration of Acquisitions
- Weekly and monthly reporting, including monthly close processes and variance analysis
Finance Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or another related field
- Strong technical and analytical skills with strong problem-solving abilities
- Customer-facing experience and strong communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access & Power BI (preferred)
