Finance Business Partner - Manufacturing Requirements:
- Develop, manage, and continuously refine manufacturing budgets, forecasts, and cost models.
- Perform detailed variance analysis across direct and indirect manufacturing costs to identify drivers and trends.
- Partner closely with plant leadership to enhance cost efficiency, capacity utilization, and production planning.
- Track and analyze key manufacturing KPIs, including cost per unit, yield, waste reduction, and labor productivity.
- Evaluate capital expenditure (CapEx) proposals and monitor return on investment for manufacturing initiatives.
- Identify and support cost‑reduction opportunities across materials, labor, and overhead.
- Provide financial support for lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
- Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and adherence to applicable accounting standards and controls.
Finance Business Partner - Manufacturing Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, or FP&A.
- Strong knowledge of standard costing, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and cost analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
