职位概述：
作为投资团队的关键成员，你将主导对拟投项目进行深度财务尽职调查，识别核心风险与价值，为投资决策提供专业、独立的财务意见。
核心职责：
主导财务DD： 独立负责项目财务尽调全流程（计划、执行、分析、报告），深入剖析目标公司历史财务表现、预测可靠性、盈利模式、现金流及关键运营指标。
识别风险与价值： 精准识别财务、税务、内控等方面的核心风险点（如收入真实性、成本结构、资产质量、或有负债），评估对估值和交易的影响，并挖掘财务亮点。
撰写与汇报： 产出清晰、聚焦的财务尽调报告，并向投资委员会及管理层高效汇报核心发现与建议。
高效协作： 与投资团队、法务尽调、业务尽调及目标公司管理层紧密协作，确保信息畅通与项目高效推进。
任职要求：
教育背景： 知名高校财务、会计、金融等相关专业本科及以上学历，具有注册会计师 (CPA)证书优先。
工作经验：
8-10年相关经验，其中至少5年专注于财务尽职调查
具备早期投资/VC 交易及财务尽调、四大FDD经验优先（TMT/AI/机器人等行业经验优先）。
核心能力：
扎实尽调功底：主导或协助第三方机构完成财务尽调， 评估目标公司的财务状况、盈利能力和潜在风险。
敏锐洞察力： 对财务数据异常和潜在风险高度敏感，识别财务数据真实性、关联交易、税务合规性等问题
严谨高效： 细致严谨，能在高压下高效工作并交付高质量成果。
商业意识： 理解业务逻辑，能将财务分析融入商业背景，能拆解行业关键指标。
