Executive Assistant - Quantitative Strategies Team (Confidential Investment Firm)
Location: New York, NY (5 days/week in office)
Compensation: Approx. $140,000 Total Compensation

About the Role:
We are seeking a personable, polished, and proactive Executive Assistant to support three senior leaders within the Quantitative Strategies Management team. This is a newly created role, joining an established group of high-performing administrative professionals. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a "go-getter" attitude, eager to contribute and grow within a dynamic and demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to three executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting scheduling, and expense processing.
  • Serve as a liaison across internal teams and external contacts, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up.
  • Draft and edit professional correspondence, presentations, and reports with clarity and precision.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively manage priorities to ensure the executives' time is optimized.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • 1-4 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Strong writing and communication skills; able to represent the executives and firm with polish and professionalism.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • A positive, hard-working attitude with a willingness to take initiative and learn.
  • Experience in finance is not required, but a professional demeanor and comfort in a high-performance environment are essential.
