Excel Platform Technology Team Lead
The Excel Platform Technology team is responsible for designing, building, and operating a worldclass Excel platform including in-house plugins and supporting data infrastructure for our portfolio managers and investment teams. The platform provides institutional-grade capabilities comparable to leading finance plugins: secure access to market/fundamental data, custom analytics, reusable functions/UDFs, workflow tooling, and reliable enterprise deployment.
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Lead to expand the capabilities of this team, drive key projects endtoend, and set the technical direction. In this role, you will contribute handson while also leading engineering execution-partnering directly with front office stakeholders to deliver performant, stable, and intuitive tools used daily in critical investment workflows.
Role Overview
- Work closely with portfolio managers, analysts, and data/quant partners to architect and build a worldclass Excel addin and supporting services.
- Collaborate in a fastpaced front office environment to understand, engineer, and deliver on business requirements.
- Responsible for endtoend design, architecture, and delivery across addin client, APIskee/services, authentication/entitlements, and deployment.
- Lead engineering efforts, drive key projects, and set technical direction for the Excel addin platform.
