Equity Derivatives Solutions Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Coverage: Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients including Banks, Asset Managers, Insurance Companies, Sovereign Wealth Funds, and Corporates.
  • Product Promotion: Drive the distribution of structured solutions, with a focus on QIS, thematic baskets, and bespoke investment strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with trading, structuring, and strategy teams to enhance product offerings and align with market trends.
  • Innovation & Market Trends: Stay abreast of market developments and contribute to idea generation and product innovation.
  • Cross-Border Coordination: Partner with onshore and offshore Equity Derivatives teams to develop and promote cross-border investment products.
  • Cross-Selling: Collaborate with sales teams from other divisions to identify and execute cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in QIS, structured products, or equity derivatives sales.
  • Strong understanding of quantitative strategies, structured solutions, and financial markets.
  • Proven track record of managing institutional client relationships and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and global environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cross-border product structuring and regulatory considerations.
  • Familiarity with ESG, thematic investing, or digital asset-linked strategies is a plus.
  • Multilingual capabilities (e.g., Mandarin, Cantonese, or other Asian languages) are advantageous.
