ECM Associate / AVP / VP / Director
CLIENT BACKGROUND
Our clients are leading regional and Asian investment banks looking to expand their ECM teams across Hong Kong and Greater China. Opportunities are available across Associate, AVP, and VP levels, offering exposure to a strong pipeline of equity fundraising transactions and regional client coverage.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Execute ECM transactions including IPOs, placements, rights issues, and follow-on offerings.
- Support mandate origination and business development efforts.
- Maintain relationships with corporate issuers, sponsors, and institutional investors.
- Prepare pitchbooks, market analyses, valuation materials, and transaction documentation.
- Work closely with syndicate, coverage, legal, and execution teams throughout deal lifecycles.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 3-15 years of ECM experience.
- Strong ECM execution experience with exposure to live transactions.
- Proven origination and client coverage capabilities.
- Good understanding of Hong Kong and regional capital markets.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English and Chinese preferred.
Note: Some Chinese and regional banking platforms are also open to candidates with 3+ years of ECM experience for Associate-level positions.
