A leading global investment bank is seeking a Vice President or Director to join its Structured Finance group, with a focus on Infrastructure. The team structures and executes debt financings across power, renewables, infrastructure, and natural resources - working alongside sponsors, developers, and corporate clients on large-scale, complex transactions. This is a high-visibility seat with meaningful deal responsibility from day one.
Responsibilities
Lead execution of project finance transactions including structuring, modeling, credit analysis, and documentation across the energy, renewables, and infrastructure sectors
Manage due diligence processes, coordinate with legal counsel, technical advisors, and other external parties
Build and maintain detailed project finance models (cash flow waterfalls, debt sizing, DSCR analysis, sensitivities)
Draft and review credit memoranda, term sheets, information memoranda, and lender presentations
Serve as primary day-to-day client contact on active deals; support senior bankers on origination and pitching
Mentor and oversee the work of Associates and Analysts on the deal team
Develop and maintain relationships with sponsors, developers, offtakers, and co-lenders
Qualifications
5-10 years of experience in project finance, structured finance, or infrastructure finance at an investment bank, commercial bank, or infrastructure advisory firm
Demonstrated execution experience across power, renewables (solar, wind, storage), or broader infrastructure transactions
Strong financial modeling skills; fluency in project finance model architecture and debt structuring
Experience managing deal processes and coordinating multi-party workstreams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex structures into clear client-facing materials
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CFA a plus but not required
