About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Investor Relations to lead and manage investor communications and relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a proven track record of cultivating and maintaining relationships with institutional allocators, while helping shape and improve IR/fundraising processes. The role will be hybrid/in-person based in Philadelphia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage investor communications, including reporting on performance metrics, fund flows, and key data relevant to the firm's strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective investors, including endowments, foundations, RIAs, and family offices.
- Work closely and collaboratively with internal and senior teams.
- Serve as the main point of contact for investors, responding to inquiries and providing timely updates on fund performance and strategy.
- Contribute to the development of strategic decisions impacting the firm's investor relations efforts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in investor relations/fundraising, focused on alternative credit and equity strategies.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with institutional and intermediary allocators.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex data and provide clear insights.
- Ability to thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment while maintaining long-term relationship-building focus.
