Salary: 160,000-170,000 base salary with annual discretionary bonus
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain CI/CD environments for the development team, ensuring stability, security, and compliance with best practices.
- Collaborate with various teams to create and maintain automated pipelines for building, testing, and deploying applications.
- Document requirements, maintain existing pipelines, and develop new ones to support automation and improve CI/CD processes.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in software development and build management.
- Proficient in Java, Python, shell scripting, and automated build environments (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI).
- Experience with containerized deployment (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker) and distributed message brokers (e.g., Kafka).
- Strong knowledge of Git, CI/CD best practices, and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a continuous improvement mindset and strong organizational skills.
This role must sit in the firms Chicago office on a hybrid schedule, 3 days in office 2 days remote.
