Corporate Actions Manager (12 month contract)
About the company:

Responsibilities:
- Manage the corporate action and proxy voting life cycle.
- Work with external vendors to ensure timely processing of mandatory and voluntary corporate action events across multiple products, including gold copy validation, the creation and sending of instructions, event processing and settlement, and break resolution.
- Support proxy voting submission, regulatory reporting, new transition activities and new market set up.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in Trade Operations including Corporate Actions.
- Degree in Business / Finance or related discipline.
- Experienced in managing external vendors.
- Experience in the Asset Management sector preferred.
- Experience using Aladdin preferred.
