Mein Kunde, ein etabliertes und börsennotiertes Unternehmen mit Sitz in Berlin sucht ab sofort einen erfahrenen Controller (w/m/d).
Ihre Aufgaben
- Erstellung und Analyse von Monatsberichten inkl. Soll-/Ist-Abweichungen
- Mitwirkung beim Liquiditätsmanagement
- Unterstützung der operativen und strategischen Planung sowie des laufenden Reportings
- Mitarbeit an Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Analyse von Kennzahlen, Budgets und Forecasts
- Erstellung von Ad-hoc-Auswertungen für das Management
- Weiterentwicklung von Controlling- und Reportingstrukturen
- Laufende wirtschaftliche Analysen und Entscheidungsvorlagen
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling/Rechnungswesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im Immobilienumfeld
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung nach HGB
- Analytische, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
