Creditor Advisory
- Rapidly assess situations to protect creditors' positions.
- Develop strategies for optimal outcomes in stressed/distressed situations.
- Focus on Hong Kong and Greater China markets.
- Expertise in cash, liquidity, strategy, refinancing, and negotiations.
- Implement solutions quickly through extensive experience.
Debtor Advisory
- Stabilise crisis situations swiftly with management teams.
- Protect positions of companies and investors.
- Deliver optimal outcomes within Hong Kong and PRC regulatory frameworks.
- Hands-on approach to address financial and operational challenges.
- Utilise various levers to support short-term and long-term goals.
Requirements
- Strong education background attained from reputable institutions
- Solid track record and experience within turnaround & restructuring with ideally 3-5 years of experience
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
