We are looking for a Manager Compliance to join a leading organisation in Rotterdam. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality compliance and tax return services for a diverse client portfolio, ranging from private clients to larger SME businesses. This position combines technical expertise with a proactive, client-focused approach. You will not only review and analyse tax returns but also advise clients on tax opportunities and strategic solutions. Your responsibilities:
- Manage a wide range of compliance and tax return activities (income tax, corporate tax)
- Advise clients on tax issues and opportunities within current legislation
- Work in a multidisciplinary environment and contribute creative solutions
- Collaborate closely with experienced advisers and coach junior team members
What you bring:
- University degree in Tax Law or Fiscal Economics, or HBO Tax
- Completed NOB or RB/FB qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in tax compliance
- Strong knowledge of income tax, corporate tax, and shareholder issues for larger SME clients
- Proactive, trustworthy, and client-oriented mindset with strong numerical skills
