The firm provides highly customized investment and family office solutions across public and private markets, delivering a boutique service model centered on long-term relationships, exceptional client experience, and personalized advice.

The Client Relationship Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth families, individuals, and institutional clients. This individual will own the day-to-day client experience, acting as the central liaison between clients and internal teams across investments, operations, planning, reporting, and service functions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-driven professional who enjoys both managing high-touch client interactions and building the processes, workflows, and service standards that support an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate combines strong relationship management skills with operational discipline, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

The Client Relationship Manager Will Be Responsible For:

  • Serving as the primary relationship manager and trusted point of contact for ultra-high-net-worth clients and institutional investors

  • Developing a deep understanding of each client's goals, preferences, and financial objectives to deliver a highly personalized service experience

  • Leading client meetings, reviews, and ongoing communications while ensuring all follow-up items are executed effectively

  • Coordinating across investment, operations, planning, reporting, and external advisor teams to deliver a seamless client experience

  • Managing account operations, including transfers, distributions, account maintenance requests, and related documentation

  • Overseeing new client onboarding, account opening processes, and ongoing client record management

  • Supporting complex family office relationships and customized client service engagements

  • Monitoring relationship health and proactively addressing client concerns or service opportunities

  • Identifying opportunities to deepen existing relationships and expand the firm's client engagement

  • Maintaining CRM data, client reporting workflows, and service-related tracking and documentation

  • Developing and improving client service processes, workflows, and operational best practices

The Client Relationship Manager Should Have:

  • 7+ years of experience in private wealth management, family office, private banking, investor relations, or client relationship management

  • Experience serving as the primary relationship contact for high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients

  • Understanding of investment management, trust and estate planning, tax coordination, and wealth planning concepts

  • Familiarity with client onboarding, KYC/AML requirements, account administration, and investor reporting

  • Strong CRM proficiency and experience managing client data and service workflows

  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships while maintaining a high standard of service and execution
