We are hiring a Campus Recruitment Associate to support our early‑careers hiring strategy across universities in Asia and globally. This role sits within the Talent Acquisition team and focuses on attracting, engaging, and hiring top student talent for graduate and internship programmes across trading, quantitative research, and technology.

You will play a key role in building long‑term university relationships, delivering campus events, and managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process for students and graduates joining a fast‑paced, high‑performance trading environment.


What does the role involve?

  • Lead and execute campus recruitment programmes for intern and graduate hiring
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with target universities, student societies, and career services teams
  • Represent the firm at campus events including presentations, career fairs, networking sessions, and assessment days
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for early‑careers roles from application screening through interviews and offers
  • Partner closely with hiring managers, interviewers, and HR stakeholders to ensure a high‑quality candidate experience
  • Support employer branding and diversity initiatives within early‑careers hiring
  • Track recruitment data, pipeline metrics, and hiring outcomes to support planning and reporting
  • Support onboarding and programme coordination for intern and graduate intakes

What experience do you need?

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in campus recruitment, early‑careers hiring, recruitment, or talent acquisition
  • Proven experience managing university hiring pipelines and recruitment processes
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with confidence engaging students and senior stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, hands‑on approach
  • Interest in financial markets, technology, or quantitative environments is an advantage
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
