Responsibilities
- Architect as well as maintain a centralized data reporting and analytics infrastructure.
- Design, build, and optimize platform as well as applications via Python, SQL Server,
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards as well as reporting workflows for investment / client teams.
- Build internal tools and user interfaces to enable employees to access and analyze portfolio and client data.
- Automate recurring workflows such as data cleaning, reporting, and information gathering.
- Deliver actionable insights on the data via powerful visualizations, reporting, and ability to articulate findings to front office as well as other business stakeholders.
- Develop and deploy AI-powered assistants and tools to enhance efficiency across the firm.
- Collaborate across investment, operations, and client-facing teams to understand needs and deliver scalable solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience building dashboards with Power BI (or similar tools).
- Hands-on experience and expertise in automating reporting workflows.
- Hands-on experience with modern analytics engineering practices.
- Ability to understand the data and deliver insights to senior stakeholders and front office professionals.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with data engineering: ETL, pipelines, workflows, etc.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks or applied NLP
- Experience building internal apps, APIs, or UIs for non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Experience mentoring or leading junior team members.
