Business Continuity Senior Associate
A global financial institution is seeking a Senior Associate, Business Continuity to join its Operational Resilience team. This individual will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the firm's business continuity, crisis management, and operational resilience programs across critical business functions. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders across the organization to support initiatives that strengthen resiliency capabilities, ensure compliance with regulatory expectations, and help coordinate recovery planning and testing initiatives. This role offers exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to work on projects that influence resilience strategy, governance, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead business continuity and resilience initiatives.
- Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses (BIA).
- Maintain recovery strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Support crisis management and incident response activities.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders.
- Prepare reporting for senior leadership and governance committees.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of business continuity or operational resilience experience.
- Knowledge of business continuity and operational resilience frameworks.
- Experience conducting BIAs, risk assessments, and continuity testing.
- Financial services experience strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
