Business Analyst- Global Business
Responsibilities:
- Business Monitoring & Analysis
- Design and maintain a KPI system for international mobility services
- Build automated monitoring dashboards
- Deliver regular business analysis reports to identify regional market differences and key drivers
- Establish early warning mechanisms to detect anomalies and drive issue resolution
- Strategic Decision Support
- Provide management with a global business overview to support key decisions on market growth and resource allocation
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and industry trend analysis to deliver strategic recommendations
- Lead data preparation for key meetings to ensure information accuracy and decision-making efficiency
- Special Research Projects
- Use effective data analysis methods and KPI management to proactively identify operational issues
- Conduct in-depth diagnostics on business pain points
- Build forecasting models (e.g., market demand, user LTV) based on business needs to support long-term planning and goal setting
- Data System Development
- Integrate business data into a unified analytical framework
- Optimize data collection and processing workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Develop automated analysis tools to empower business teams with self-service analytics
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with operations, product, strategy, and finance teams to implement analytical recommendations
- Bridge business language and data language to enhance decision quality
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above; majors in mathematics, statistics, applied data, economics, business analytics, or related fields preferred
- Over 5 years of experience in internet strategy and business analytics, preferably with overseas market exposure
- Strong business acumen and communication skills; able to build effective relationships with business teams and handle complex collaboration
- Deep understanding of data-driven business operations; sensitivity and curiosity toward data and business; strong logical thinking and independent problem-solving skills
- Proficient in English for professional use
- Strong data analysis skills; proficient in tools such as SQL, Python, and R
