Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven Business Development (BD) Manager to grow new business and strengthen client relationships for our corporate services in Singapore. You will design and execute sales strategies to promote our suite of services-accounting, tax, payroll, and corporate secretarial-while achieving revenue and growth targets. This role suits a proactive, results-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at tailoring solutions to client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth across corporate services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities via networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary contact and ensuring satisfaction.
- Deliver persuasive presentations, demos, and proposals, showcasing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal business heads to align services with client needs and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and maintain competitiveness.
- Spot cross-selling opportunities and refer clients to relevant business units, leveraging the full suite of services (including Trust & Fiduciary).
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- 3 - 5+ years of BD/sales experience in professional services (accounting, tax, payroll, corporate services).
- Business Chinese (Mandarin) fluency is a must, alongside strong English communication skills.
- Skilled in client engagement and relationship management across diverse geographies.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and accountable, with strong ethical standards
