Due to organizational growth, they are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Audit Partner to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives on building client relationships, driving growth, and leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage audit engagements across a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Cultivate and expand client relationships through exceptional service and strategic insight.
- Drive business development initiatives to grow the firm's audit practice.
Qualifications:
- CPA, CFF, CFE or MBA preferred
- 10-15+ years of progressive audit experience
- Proven track record of client service and business development.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
