The role:
- Analyze actuarial and statistical data to support reserving, loss analysis, and key business decisions
- Partner cross‑functionally to build and enhance models that assess the impact of initiatives and changes
- Evaluate financial implications using claims, revenue, and related data to inform product and system enhancements
- Deliver data‑driven insights that help shape new solutions, processes, and actuarial strategy
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- ASA designation
- 5+ years of healthcare actuarial experience, including hands‑on work with medical and claims data and managing material IBNR across multiple segments
- Advanced technical skill set, including at least 2 years of hands‑on Python development
- Ability to clearly communicate IBNR findings and insights to senior and executive leadership
