Job Title: Actuarial Manager
Location: Remote
Summary: Seeking an Actuarial Specialist to manage actuarial work related to US GAAP, Statutory, and Tax financials.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret and analyze financials.
- Develop and maintain tools for earnings assessment.
- Enhance ArcVal and ALFA modeling for financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with valuation systems and processes.
- Document key financial assumptions.
- Support external audits.
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements.
- Implement necessary financial reporting changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Advanced Excel, ArcVal, and MG ALFA.
- 5+ years of actuarial experience with various insurance products.
- Knowledge of FAS 60, FAS 91, FAS 97, and FASB improvements.
- Experience with PBR/VM-20 preferred.
- Hands-on experience with valuation systems.
