Accounts Payable Accountant (M/f/d)
Location: Berlin (Central) | Full-time | 2 Days Home Office per Week

Your Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice verification, coding, and posting
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and payments
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Monitor and improve AP processes to increase efficiency and compliance
- Assist with audits and provide relevant documentation
Your Profile
- Completed degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or a comparable qualification
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable or a similar accounting role
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (HGB or IFRS is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working
- Ability to work independently as well as part of an international team
Language Skills
- Fluent in English (company language)
- Additional European languages such as German, Spanish, Portuguese, or Swedish are a strong plus
