Our client is a growing organization seeking an Accounting Associate to join its finance team. This individual will play a key role in supporting day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close activities, and financial reporting while working closely with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis
- Partner with internal teams to improve accounting processes and controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-4 years of accounting experience preferred
- Knowledge of GAAP and basic financial reporting principles
- Strong Excel skills and experience using accounting or ERP systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Compensation & Transparency
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 base salary, depending on experience and qualifications.
