Accountant (1 year, Renewable contract)
Accounts Assistant (1-Year Contract)/ CBD
An established Japanese company in Singapore is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant to join our finance team on a 1-year contract (renewable or convertible to permanent).
What You'll Do:
- Monthly entries for Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) using SAP
- Support manual entries and adjustments in the SAP system
- Process staff claims and payments in accordance with internal policies
- Assist with daily accounting tasks such as invoicing, payment preparation, and collections
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and statutory regulations
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the finance team
What We're Looking For:
- 1-2 years of accounting experience (MNC or Japanese background preferred)
- Strong Excel skills required
- SAP (S4 Hana) experience is a plus
- What We Offer:
- Salary: Up to SGD3,500/month (based on experience)
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (flexible start/end times)
