Our client, an innovative and fast-scaling organization at the forefront of the rapidly emerging space sector, is seeking a senior-level Account Executive with deep expertise across Commercial P&C, Executive Management Liability, and Specialty E&S lines. This is not a traditional service role. You will work directly with founders, CFOs, GCs, and boards, acting as a trusted risk advisor while partnering closely with producers and carrier leadership to deliver highly bespoke insurance solutions. What You'll Do:
* Serve as the lead strategic advisor on complex commercial insurance programs for clients operating in the space and emerging technology sectors
* Own senior-level client relationships, managing all servicing aspects including program design, marketing strategy, submissions, renewal execution, and coverage analysis
* Partner closely with producers to translate opportunities into structured, executable insurance programs
* Lead placement strategy with carriers and wholesalers, negotiating terms and driving optimal outcomes for sophisticated risks
* Deliver comprehensive stewardship, reporting, and ongoing advisory services to executive-level stakeholders
* Help design and refine internal processes, workflows, and service models as the brokerage continues to scale
* Leverage internal data, analytics, and technology tools to enhance submissions and improve placement outcomes
What We're Looking For:
* 5+ years of experience in Commercial P&C and Management Liability in a brokerage environment
* Active P&C license required (Surplus Lines license a plus)
* Proven success managing mid-market to large, complex accounts with executive-level client exposure
* Deep technical expertise across commercial coverages, underwriting considerations, and specialty risks
* Strong client advisory skillset with the ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable guidance
* Experience working collaboratively with producers, carriers, and internal teams
* High attention to detail paired with strong organizational and analytical capabilities
