A leading international proprietary trading firm is looking for a Quantitative Researcher to join their trading team. The role focuses on developing systematic equity strategies and leveraging data to generate alpha.
What you'll do:
* Research and develop data-driven equity strategies
* Apply machine learning / statistical models to large-scale datasets
* Backtest, validate, and implement trading signals
* Collaborate with traders and engineers to bring research into production
What we're looking for:
* MSc/PhD in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
* Strong programming skills (Python, C++ etc.)
* Experience with alternative datasets and equity markets
* Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
