【募集職種】内部監査・内部統制担当（アジア地域）/シンガポール勤務
海外子会社と日本本社の架け橋となり、組織の健全な成長を支えるポジション
アジア（オーストラリア・インド含む）に展開する約20社の海外子会社を対象に、内部監査・内部統制をシンガポールから支援いただける方を募集しています。
本ポジションは新設であり、業務内容や職務定義（JD）は日本本社と連携しながら一緒に作り上げていく予定です。
業務概要：
海外子会社の内部監査・内部統制の支援
現地の声を吸い上げ、日本本社との橋渡し役としてのコミュニケーション
アジア各国への出張対応（年数回）
日本本社との連携・報告業務（日本語対応）
募集要件：
アジア海外各社の現場の相談役として、柔軟かつ丁寧な対応ができる方
日本語・英語ともに、ビジネスレベルでコミュニケーションが可能な方
内部監査や内部統制の経験者はもちろん、外部監査で内部統制支援を行っていた方も歓迎
ご経験が3年程度以上の方であれば、広く歓迎（※現地採用・駐在員どちらも検討可能）

採用予定時期：まずは2026年の年始に1名採用、その後2〜3名に拡大予定
