Capital Raising Professional
We are currently partnering with an Investment Firm and they are seeking a Capital Raising Professional to join their team in Singapore.
This position will play a key leadership role in driving the company's strategic growth through successful fundraising activities. The role requires a proven track record in raising capital from investors, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to lead high-impact negotiations. The Deputy CEO will work closely with the CEO and senior management to expand the company's investor base, enhance market presence, and ensure sustainable growth of assets under management (AUM).
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies to attract institutional, corporate, and high-net-worth investors.
- Lead end-to-end fundraising processes, including investor targeting, pitching, structuring, and closing deals.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with investors, partners, and stakeholders.
- Oversee marketing and investor relations activities to enhance the company's profile in the asset management sector.
- Work closely with investment, finance, and legal teams to structure funds in compliance with regulatory and market requirements.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, investor meetings, and public forums.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 10-15 years in fundraising, capital markets, investment banking, or asset management.
- Proven track record in successful fundraising, preferably in industrial park asset funds or similar real estate/infrastructure funds.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders.
- Solid network of institutional and private investors (domestic and international).
- Fluent in Mandarin (At least conversational)
