A fast-growing AI-driven SaaS company is seeking a Senior Insights Analyst to support its Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance solutions. The company provides advanced tools that help insurers improve risk prediction, underwriting, and claims automation by leveraging one of the largest insurance data lakes in the industry.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys investigating complex business challenges, identifying patterns in data, and translating findings into strategic insights. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to influence product development, client strategy, and overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client performance, market behavior, and product usage to uncover trends and opportunities
- Investigate anomalies and business challenges using advanced SQL and exploratory data analysis
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer experience teams to connect insights across the business
- Interpret machine learning model outputs and communicate their business implications
- Develop strategic metrics frameworks and scalable solutions for recurring questions
- Support client intelligence efforts that inform product development and go-to-market strategies
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 7+ years in analytics or data roles, ideally in SaaS or fast-paced tech environments
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets
- Strong analytical mindset with a natural curiosity and attention to detail
- Business-oriented thinker with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Bonus: Experience in P&C insurance, especially in underwriting or claims
