CFO
We're looking for an experienced CFO with a strong track record in the Dutch private equity sector. You'll lead financial strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive value creation in a consumer-facing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy, planning, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with AFM and DNB regulations.
- Drive operational efficiency and support growth initiatives.
- Manage investor relations and prepare for exit scenarios (e.g. IPO, sale).
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team.
Key Qualifications
- Proven CFO experience in PE-backed companies.
- Strong knowledge of Dutch financial regulations (AFM, DNB).
- Experience with leveraged environments, cash flow optimization, and exit strategies
- Background in both strategic and operational finance, with hands-on experience in scaling businesses.
- Familiarity with ERP implementations and financial systems transformation.
